A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. I prefer deposit payment via etransfer, or throne/amazon/uber gift card for international clients. Any extra amount paid will be treated as a deposit and subject to my deposit and cancellation policies.

I require at least 24 hours notice for booking cancellations or changes. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a forfeited deposit. With more than 24 hours notice for a Toronto booking, I am happy to reschedule your booking on one occasion, to a new date or time within 30 days of your original appointment. With more than 24 hours notice for any tour cancellation (i.e. any booking outside of Toronto), I will attempt to reschedule your booking to a different day or time on the same tour (subject to my availability).

I endeavour to follow through with every booking. However, if I need to cancel, you may opt to reschedule or be refunded via a method of my choosing.

All clients are subject to a health check during our appointment. Any lumps, bumps, lesions or other evidence suggesting the possibility of an infectious condition must be disclosed prior to the booking. Anything undisclosed will result in an immediate conclusion of the booking and payment forfeited. I am unable to provide uncovered services to clients with phimosis.

I reserve the right not to see anyone under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances. Should any threatening, dangerous or concerning behaviour occur which makes me feel uncomfortable or unsafe during our interactions, I reserve the right to immediately cancel the appointment and retain full payment. Unacceptable behaviours include (but are not limited to) threats, intimidation, stealthing, assault, filming, stealing, illegal activities, boundary pushing, any act without my consent, unexpected guests or minors at the premises, aggressive or menacing messages, and so on.

I require full payment at the beginning of our appointment. Please be organised and present cash (or another pre-discussed payment method) on my arrival.

Personal hygiene is extremely important to me and impacts our time together. Please shower, brush your teeth and apply deodorant immediately prior to our meeting, the same as I will do for you. For incalls, amenities will be provided.

You must be alone in the house, hotel room or apartment for the duration of our appointment, and all devices put away out of sight. This is crucial for our enjoyment and safety.
